A material R&D of strechable acceleration sensor, which is thin, bendable and extendable, is adopted as Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST)'s Support Program "Function Verification Phase Test and Research Type" (A-STEP). This research could be expected to be applied to the robot skin having touch sensors and the electronic artificial skin for prosthetic hands in the future. .......
