演題：プラズマ励起法を用いたZrO2の室温原子層堆積法の開発

概要：原料ガスにTEMAZと酸化剤にプラズマ励起水蒸気を活用して、ZrO2室温原子層堆積法を開発した。
講演では、主たる結果および成膜反応のその場観察研究の成果について紹介する。

演題：Photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical hydrogen production over TiO2 based nanomaterials

概要：We show the effect of graphite silica on the photocatalytic hydrogen production over TiO2 nanoparticles under ultraviolet light irradiation. Moreover, we show the fabrication and characterization of quantum dot sensitized 1D TiO2 films for photoelectrochemical hydrogen production via water splitting under visible light irradiation.

演題：Oxide Layers on Metals: a Surface Science Approach

概要：“Oxide layers on metals” is a key issue in several areas, and especially for the protection of metallic materials against corrosion. This lecture will focus on recent advances in the characterization and understanding of the chemical and structural properties of oxide layers on metals and alloys at the nanoscale, using a surface science approach. The data that will be reviewed are based on the application of advanced surface analytical techniques, such as STM, STS, XPS, ToF-SIMS, combined with electrochemical measurements, and complemented by DFT modeling.
